Your Responsibilities

In collaboration with the founder and the recruitment strategy director, your tasks will include:

  • Targeting, screening, and attracting the best candidates, with a specific focus on the sales team: both through direct approach and generating applications via different job boards. You can identify suitable CVs and conduct effective interviews, especially pre-selections by phone;

  • Daily management of the recruitment process and tools with great rigor;

  • Smooth communication with candidates and managers to ensure the best candidate experience;

  • Defining an employer brand strategy and representing our brand in various relevant environments for our audience: social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter), events, schools, etc.

  • Passionate about recruitment;

  • At least one experience in recruitment in a high-growth environment: experience with sales candidates or in the real estate credit industry would be a plus;

  • Sensitivity to sales and customer relationship professions;

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;

  • Very comfortable with tools in general, you like to increase your efficiency with better tools;

  • Proactive in proposing improvements and/or implementing processes;

  • Developed service orientation;

Developer

We are looking for passionate and motivated developers to join our team!

If you have experience in web development and are comfortable working with various technologies, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and development of web applications;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features;

  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability;

  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in web development;

  • Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and PHP;

  • Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Ruby, Java;

  • A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices;

  • Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools;

  • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes;

  • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills;

  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen;

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
